Beth received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2005. She has worked as adjunct faculty at MSU and as a clinical hygienist for over 4 years. Shortly into her career, she developed arm, back and shoulder pain with debilitating headaches.
In January 2012 after seeking Rolfing for her own healing, Beth began her education at the Rolf Institute and graduated in March 2013. Beth is in the process of earning her Certified Advanced Rolfer status and takes continuing education regularly.
Beth's only regret in life is not having the Series done sooner to be pain free and move well. It is her mission to help others live the way they deserve.
"This is the gospel of Rolfing: When the body gets working appropriately, the force of gravity can flow through. Then, spontaneously, the body heals itself." - Ida P. Rolf
