Karen Chang is a Holistic Therapist with interest in the metaphysical aspects of the human body and she is combining bio-cybernetics with energy medicine. She joined Lifetree Clinic in 2017 and founded Lifetree Integrative Medicine in 2019. For the last decade, Karen developed a strong background in:

Additionally, Karen followed her preceptor Kyu Hong Tae, LAc, for Korean Medicine & Juheng Acupuncture in 2018. She is licensed in the State of Maryland for Acupuncture, and is currently preparing to be licensed in Minnesota. Karen incorporated Reiki in Juheng Acupuncture in a clinical study for Anxiety and Depression at Lifetree Clinic. Their case report can be accessed here. She received her DAOM degree from Five Branches University, San Jose, CA, and is a recipient of the Society for Acupuncture Research Award.
Karen is a member of Acupuncturists Without Borders. She is also a volunteer for American Cancer Society Look Good Feel Better and The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum.
Karen raised three children with Traditional Chinese Medicine in Minnesota. She moved from Tokyo in 2010.
