After a successful ten year Computer Science career, Karen segued into Manual Medicine when she learned about Ortho-Bionomy. Ortho-Bionomy is defined as the “correct application of the laws of life.” With this correct application, beauty results because everything that is healthy has life and is beautiful.
Karen’s current practice of Manual Medicine integrates an array of holistic approaches including Medical Tuina, Ortho-Bionomy, Reiki, Cinnabar Field Activation and the philosophy of salutogenesis.
Currently she is studying to be certified in Acupuncture by NCCAOM, under the preceptor Kyuhong Tae, LAc.
